FrontRunner helps your orchestra raise money in minutes with our automated fundraising system that is managed entirely online. In this modern era, everyone is communicating with email, and people like the convenience of donating or purchasing products online. FrontRunner combines these two trends by offering our customizable Online Fundraising System with our proprietary Campaign Manager. No matter if you are generation X, Y, or Z, you have a list of contacts in your Inbox that would support your online fundraiser. So stop going door-to-door and bring your fundraiser into the 21st Century.
Using our brand-able templates, FrontRunner Fundraising will create your very own online fundraising system that links to your existing website or if you don't have an existing website you can simply use the FrontRunner branded system. This online fundraising system enables you to receive donations and product purchases online. FrontRunner handles all of the secured payment processing, products for the fundraiser, product delivery and disbursement of funds to you.
To begin, you will create an account for your orchestra by enrolling at www.frontrunnerfundraising.com. You will need to decide if you want to use FrontRunner's Online Store or if you want to customize your own version. If you want to customize your own version, you will need to email your website URL to support@frontrunnerfundraising.com after you enroll.
Next, determine if you want to be the only person to send emails to potential supporters (Individual Fundraising) or if you will allow others to send emails to their social contacts on behalf of your fundraiser (Team Fundraising).
If you decided to allow other people to send emails to their social contacts, they must join your fundraiser by becoming “Team Members.” To do this, you will create an email campaign to invite them to join the fundraiser as Team Members.
Once other people join the fundraiser as Team Members, OR, if you are the only one that will send emails and you want to get started, the final step will be to create an email campaign(s) to invite all of the friends, family members, and social contacts to support the fundraiser by donating an amount or purchasing a product from your Online Fundraising Store.
Be creative. In addition to sending emails, you can make phone calls, send text messages, newsletters, and flyers, create large posters and do whatever it takes to invite supporters to your online fundraiser.
Customizable Fundraising System: Our customizable donation page and product store allow you to link a highly secured, online payment processing system to your website. Upload your banner, control the colors, and enter your fundraiser's description to show that the online fundraiser is yours without worrying about the hassles of filling out order forms, collecting money and delivering products.
Proprietary Campaign Manager: Our user-friendly, yet robust campaign creator allows you to create personal messages, multiple contact lists, and custom schedules for inviting your team members and supporters to support your fundraiser.
